1. Service

BefoAftr Studio helps businesses turn project photos into marketing media, review the result, and publish approved content to connected channels.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement on behalf of the business or workspace you use.

Public plans are Trial, 8 a month, and 12 a month. Trial is free: 3 finished BA videos in 14 days from signup. Generation locks after 14 days. Views and inquiries stay visible for 30 days from signup.

8 a month is 8 finished videos (2 a week). List price is $95 / ₩132,000 a month. The first 3 months are $71 / ₩99,000.

12 a month is 12 finished videos (3 a week). List price is $130 / ₩180,000 a month. The first 3 months are $97 / ₩135,000.

Founding is an invite-only seat, not listed on /pricing. It is $50 / ₩69,000 a month, 12 videos a month, locked until you cancel.

Checkout or /pricing controls the price, Cap, and intro period then in effect. List prices may change after notice.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate workspace and contact information.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized content, bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, or access another workspace.

3. Your content and AI output

You retain your rights in uploaded content and grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, generate, and publish it at your direction.

You are responsible for securing property, copyright, privacy, publicity, customer, and other permissions required for the photos and marketing use.

AI-reconstructed Before imagery is illustrative, may be inaccurate, and must not be represented as an authentic historical photograph. You must review all output before publishing.

4. Publishing and third-party services

Publishing occurs only after your approval or an enabled schedule. Instagram, Google, Cloudinary, AI providers, and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.

We do not guarantee reach, leads, revenue, uninterrupted availability, or acceptance by a third-party platform.

5. Billing, plan changes, suspension, and liability

Paid plans are 8 a month, 12 a month, and founding. Price, Cap, billing period, and auto-renewal are shown at checkout or /pricing. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled or payment fails.

After the 3-month intro, 8 a month and 12 a month renew at list price. Founding stays $50 / ₩69,000 until canceled. Korea cards use PortOne. US cards use Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.

Upgrades (8 a month → 12 a month) apply immediately. We charge the remaining-period price difference on the saved payment method and do not open a second checkout. The first-paid 3-month intro clock does not reset. Downgrades and cancellation take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep the plan you already paid until then, with no refund or credit for that period.

Refunds and cooling-off rights are described in the Refund Policy. Trial is free and not cash-refundable. We may suspend for abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or legal violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and indirect or consequential damages are excluded. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not limited.
