Copyright and Rights Report

1. Report content

Send reports to hello@befoaftr.com with the subject “Copyright Report.” Identify the protected work, the specific BefoAftr or Instagram URL, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.

2. Required statements

State that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, that the information is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder. Include a physical or electronic signature.

3. Review and response

We may request more information, temporarily restrict Studio-hosted content, notify the uploader, preserve relevant records, and take appropriate action under applicable law.

For content hosted only by Instagram, use Meta’s reporting tools as well. We cannot guarantee removal from a third-party platform.

4. Misrepresentation

Knowingly false or abusive reports may create liability. This process is not a substitute for legal advice or a court determination.
