Studio program copyright and protection notice

Registered program: BefoAftr Studio (registered version 1.0.0). Korean copyright registration no. C-2026-041108. Registration date: August 24, 2026. Rights holder: Findgagu Co., Ltd. (주식회사 파인드가구).

Except as permitted by applicable law or licenses, unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of program code or other works in which the company holds rights is prohibited. The same applies when using AI or reverse-engineering tools.

Unauthorized extraction, collection, disclosure, or reuse of non-public generation or review prompts, production recipes, and internal editing or review settings is prohibited, including for the development or operation of another product or service. Uses permitted by law, applicable licenses, or our prior written permission are excluded.

When infringement is established, we may request that it cease and pursue remedies available under applicable law.

Program registration does not confer exclusive rights over functions or ideas, or blanket copyright protection for every prompt. Third-party libraries and materials remain subject to their own rights and licenses.

This notice does not transfer rights in your uploaded photos, videos, or other content to the company. Content rights are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law.

1. Report content

Send reports to hello@befoaftr.com with the subject “Copyright Report.” Identify the protected work, the specific BefoAftr or Instagram URL, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.

2. Required statements

State that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, that the information is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder. Include a physical or electronic signature.

3. Review and response

We may request more information, temporarily restrict Studio-hosted content, notify the uploader, preserve relevant records, and take appropriate action under applicable law.

For content hosted only by Instagram, use Meta’s reporting tools as well. We cannot guarantee removal from a third-party platform.

4. Misrepresentation

Knowingly false or abusive reports may create liability. This process is not a substitute for legal advice or a court determination.
